working principle

1. The drilling rig's walking and steering are all composed of hydraulic system, which is controlled by the operating handle to make it complete the walking forward, backward walking and steering U-turn.

2. The motor transmits the power to the output shaft through the reducer, which drives the drill rod and drill bit to cut. The mud is pumped through the mud pump to the center to discharge the cut slag from the well hole into the slurry tank. It enters the circulation through the mud pump.

Operation and maintenance of the rig

1. After the rig arrives at the construction site, connect the site cables (252-352), start the oil pump, raise the rig, and fix the rig flange with bolts.

2. When walking and turning, the wellhead plate should be raised, and after the alignment is completed, the wellhead plate is lowered and the drill bit is installed for work.

3. When connecting the drill pipe, the wellhead plate should be raised, and after the alignment is completed, the wellhead plate is lowered and the drill bit is installed for work.

3 When connecting the drill pipe, use a roll to suspend the drill pipe. The outer screw of the drill pipe is placed in the lower female screw. The upper female buckle is aligned with the outer screw of the small drill pipe. After inside, jog the mainframe and rotate it forward. After confirming that the upper and lower screws are closed, lift the drill rod, open the small door, and work to ensure the verticality of the drilling and prevent the drill rod from swinging.

4. Change the drilling speed according to the formation conditions and the host current during work. The host current should not exceed 65 (Abe) for a long time.

5. When removing the drill pipe, first install the shackle to the small drill pipe, and then install two big pins.

6. After the shackle is aligned and sleeved into the lower drill pipe female buckle, jog the host (forward rotation) to determine the set, and then lift the drill pipe to a certain height, close the small door, lower the drill pipe, and let the drill pipe fall. Into the lower shackle slot, jog the host (reverse) to Xie Kai joint, immediately fix the drill pipe with a roll, the staff at the same time support the drill pipe, then you can lift the power head, the drill pipe is Removed, repeat the above to work normally.

7. The main engine and winch should always check the oil level, and if there is a shortage of oil, it should be replenished in time.

8. When the rig is working, the electrical instrument should be monitored at any time. If there is any abnormal noise, it should be shut down and inspected immediately. Do not work with diseases. All fasteners should be checked at any time to prevent loosening.

9. The drilling speed should be changed according to the situation. Control the host hydraulic pressure to slowly drill within the rated range.

10. The operation of the hydraulic handle must be slow first and then fast (depending on the site conditions). If the operation is too fast, the components will be damaged and danger will occur.

11. The operator should always check whether the oil circuit is leaking, and be careful not to hang, press, or oil the pipe, so as not to damage the work.

12. If the rig time is stopped, the oil cylinder should be retracted or wrapped with oil cloth.

13. When the drilling rig has accumulated 5,000 meters, it should be maintained and repaired.

Fourth, safe operating procedures

1. The operator of this machine must be trained to understand the performance and operation requirements of this machine, and familiar with the safe operating procedures before it can be operated on the machine. It is strictly forbidden to operate on the machine after drinking.

2. Pay attention to check whether the clutch and brake of the hoist are flexible and reliable in each shift, and whether the wire rope has broken wires or broken strands. If broken wires, the broken strands should be replaced in a timely manner. After confirming that it is complete, start the work.

3. On-site staff must wear insulated shoes and hard hats.

4. When disassembling and disassembling the drill pipe, you should concentrate on removing the debris on the drill pipe threads in time and refueling frequently to ensure reliable connection.

5. The operator should adhere to the handover system, and explain the working conditions and hidden dangers of the drilling rig to the successor during the shift. If there is any abnormality, handle it before working.

Five, power distribution system

1. The distribution box is the supporting equipment for the rig. It is suitable for three-phase AC power grids with a rated voltage of 380V, a frequency of 50HZ.
